Social Counsellor for Refugees and Asylum Seekers (m/f/d)

One of our main areas of work is the need-oriented care of asylum seekers in institutions and the support of refugees.

For our work in the refugee accommodation Leipzig/Mockau, we are looking for support from employees in full (39 hours/Where.) or part-time (32 hours/Where.) who, with heart, enthusiasm and flexibility, support our residents of all origins, age groups and in various family constellations.

Care of asylum seekers and asylum seekers on site in the daily processes in shiftwork (spring/spring/night) Support for social support professionals in their tasks Support for asylum seekers in the exercise and compliance of all appointments (authorities, doctors, etc.) and supervision and support of the AGH measures Organisation, implementation and documentation of the daily operations in the facility (on and off, room rooms, dining room supervision etc.) Implementation of the anti-violence concept of the establishment and enforcement of the domestic order, rules of conduct, prevention or conciliation of conflicts between the residents and the implementation of deescalating measures Maintenance of the personal recording system, occupancy management, organization and control of the equipment (room, dining room) Cooperation with internal departments within the facility
