You play a central role in the implementation of the M&A strategy and control transactions independently from startup to closing. End-to-end management for M&A transactions: from the strategic target definition via independent identification, structuring and implementation of M&A transactions (acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures) including evaluation and deal design Independent management and control of complex transaction processes from initial contact to due diligence to conclusion of the contract Negotiations with shareholders, sellers and other external counterparties on commercial and contractual terms overall coordination and management of interdisciplinary project teams and external consultants across business areas Strategic business and business analyses, financial modeling, evaluation and preparation of decision bases for top management Sparring partners for management and departments in all transaction-relevant issues Preparation of the Post-Merger integration in close cooperation with our PMI team

Complete study of economics, economic law or comparable, ideally focusing on M&A, finance or controlling M&A, Transaction Advisory, Financial Due Diligence, Investment Banking, Private Equity or Corporate M&A Detectional experience in the independent implementation and control of M&A transactions Very good understanding of corporate assessment, financial models and contract structures Impressed communication and negotiation strength in German and English High level of ownership, entrepreneurial thinking and strategic perspective In addition, it is also advantageous to find knowledge in accounting (HGB and IFRS), in particular in the context of Financial Due Diligence, Working Capital Mechanics, as well as accounting impacts of transactions
