You have a completed vocational training as a examinated nursing professional, nursing and/or health care professional You have completed your studies in the field of nursing or the recognition of the nursing service management according to §71 SGB XI You have extensive knowledge of quality management As a nursing service with ample professional experience you are welcome You are a team player and possess empathy in dealing with the residents and colleagues You are communicative and face the daily challenges in a solution-oriented manner You work independently, motivating and laughing – we also do that You are ready to travel and fit into new teams
