You are responsible for 38 employees in the HR department. The personnel department consists of personnel procurement/service and personnel management/debiting. The HR department is responsible for our approximately 7,000 employees of the Elbkinder Group. Responsibility and further development of staff work Control and implementation of the personal business processes (incl. pay billing according to different rates, time economy, including retirement provision, recruitment of staff, ...) Discipline and professional leadership of the HR department Advising management and executives on all personnel topics Accompanying change and strategy processes and participation in strategic corporate projects Development of digitalisation in the human resources sector Conceptual and project work (e.g. working time models) Preparation and implementation of operations agreements Confidential and constructive cooperation with the works council bodies and trade unions as well as heavy-handed representation

Completed, relevant study Multiannual professional and leadership experience in strategic and operational personnel work, ideally in a comparable industry Multiannual experience in cooperation with employee representatives Very good knowledge of labour, social security, collective bargaining and business constitutional law Expertise in the control of transformation processes and the digitization of personal processes Integrative and value-assuring leadership style combined with open and clear communication Flexibility, teamability and enforcement capability as well as safe occurrence Willingness to engage above average for the objectives of a non-profit social enterprise
