Construction Financing Consultant - Real Estate / Sales (m/f/d)

You advise your client: holistically and empathically on their way to home – from the first conversation to the need analysis to the appropriate financing strategy. Based on your analysis, you compare offers from over 500 partner banks and assemble the optimal financing solution that fits perfectly with your customers' wishes. You accompany the entire financing process from the application to the payment and are the central contact person for your customers. In close cooperation with our Backoffice team, you will ensure smooth and quick handling of all processes. You are proactively building your own customer base and networking with local partners to ensure sustainable business development.

You bring well-founded professional experience in building financing – a training to the bank merchant (m/w/d) is a plus, but not a must. Sales is your passion: You advise valuing, targeted and enjoy finding the best solution for your customers. You are a network talent and build proactive relationships with local partners and companies with your own initiative. You work independently and structured, but you also appreciate the exchange and cooperation in the team. For the professional advice of our clientele, you speak German in a safe manner.
