Kitchen Assistance (m/f/d)

For our restaurant we are looking for a part-time one at the next time

Küchshilfe (m/w/d)

Your task focus is

• Food preparation
• Wash vegetables and fruit, peel, cut
• Set up simple snacks or cold plates, add rolls
• Measure and deploy ingredients
• Cleaning and hygiene
• Dishwasher dishes, pots, pans (manually or in the dishwasher)
• Clean kitchen utensils and work surfaces
• maintain order and cleanliness throughout the kitchen area
• Keep hygiene rules (HACCP)
• Warehouse and organization
• accept, store and clean food professionally
• Control stock
• Support for food output
• Give food to guests
• Fit and refill buffets
• General kitchen work like the operation of simple kitchen appliances

You should bring the following conditions

• Basic knowledge of compliance with hygiene regulations and workflows
• prior knowledge of hospitality or community use of advantage, but not necessarily necessary
• Team skills and good communication
• Rest in hectic, loud and stressful situations
