In this versatile position, you play a responsible role as a warehouse player (m/w/d) in the office and warehouse. As a central interface between both areas, you coordinate orders, control stocks and ensure smooth operations. At the same time, the warehouse team will support you operatively where your cooperation is required. In this way, you combine organizational responsibility in the customer service with active cooperation in the warehouse everyday.

Your profile:

• They have completed training in the logistical field and also bring commercial knowledge or experience in everyday office with
• Valid forklift with safe driving practice
• Secure handling of MS Office as well as good German and English skills
• organizational strength, service orientation and pleasure in a combined office/operative role
• Team spirit, flexibility and pragmatic hands-on mentality complete your profile

Your duties in the warehouse & office:

• They serve our existing customers throughout the entire order process - from collection to billing
• You coordinate order and warehouse management and ensure smooth operations between office and warehouse
• In the operational field, you actively support the storage processes and contribute to an efficient flow of goods
• In addition, you take responsibility for inventory management, documentation and compliance with our quality standards
• Depending on the utilisation, your focus of activity shifts flexibly between administrative and operational tasks
