Technical Project Manager (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the technical detailing and the successful implementation of all technical subtasks of system development projects in the maritime communications sector. You plan, unleash, tax and monitor the development of communication systems in the project, work closely with the technical core team and cooperate with the project manager (m/w/d) and the client (m/w/d). You are central to internal and external stakeholders. You coordinate the schedule of technical content and make sure that all relevant development steps run on time. You ensure that the budget, schedule and quality of the technical project components are complied with

You have a university degree in electrical engineering, shipbuilding, physics, computer science or a comparable subject. You have professional experience in the development of communication systems, ideally in a senior position or in a comparable field of activity relevant to the tasks. Experiences in the security and defence sector are beneficial to you. You apply a well-founded, scientific approach and are familiar with classic and agile management and development methods. MS Office can be used safely and use it for documentation, planning and presentation. You are ideally certified according to GPM/IPMA Level C or as a Certified System Engineer Level C and document and communicate safely in English. You are convinced by pronounced, binding communication, high abstraction capacity, clear communication of complex content, proactive and independent working methods, and targeted, decision-making.
