In your function, you are co-responsible for applicant management and take over candidate communication in the context of telephone interviews and personal interviews Here you are responsible for the creative design of job advertisements as well as the search for fit candidates You act as a contact person for all relevant HR topics and take care of employees and the applicant pool In addition, you will work in the preparation of contracts, certificates and in the negotiations of payment methods with Supporting personal-relevant projects in the direction of sustainable personnel production completes your area of responsibility
