Own-responsible handling of operative candidate management according to process specification Appealing design of location displays and circuit on different platforms Preselection of incoming applications and coordination of appointments for interviews Own implementation of telephone interviews and summary for the departments Telephone consulting of executives throughout Germany

Continuous study of social and economic sciences, ideally with the focus on HR/Personal Management First practical experience in personnel management is desirable, ideally in recruiting Good knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Word and Excel High service orientation and fast conception High level of organisational and communication skills Self-responsibility and proactive operation
