Due to the re-ordering of the department, we are looking for a committed and motivated candidate (m/w/d) in the Ulm area at the next possible time. You create and comment meaningful management reports and present them to senior management You work closely with national companies and departments and translate operational details into strategically relevant control impulses You lead a small team of currently two long-term employees, promote self-responsibility and implement consistent performance management You derive measures from reporting, accompany decision-making processes and monitor their implementation and effect Ensure the content quality of the reports and actively contribute your user knowledge to the further development of tools and processes

You have a successfully completed business studies (Uni/FH/DH) with a focus on controlling and/or finance or a comparable training with a corresponding additional qualification You have a profound professional experience in a comparable position within a large medium-sized production company You have proven knowledge in group controlling and reporting as well as first - at least professional - leadership experience You know very well with the current MS Office package and with SAP R/3 ideally SAP S/4Hana You have fluent knowledge of German and English in word and writing
