Purchasing Officer (m/f/d)

The Department of Purchasing and Networking is responsible for a nationwide supplyable and qualified service network. The team is the first contact person for our service service providers and supervises them over the entire contractual term, starting with the acquisition. To ensure highest customer satisfaction, we monitor our service partners closely and check their service quality with the help of statistical evaluations and analyses.

Strategic and operational development of service provider networks in terms of quality, costs and area coverage Creating statistical analyses and evaluations, consistency check of data and creating data transparency Develop, systematize and automate processes with service providers Creating strategic concepts and cooperation on projects for future-oriented network control Support in the introduction of new products and the establishment of necessary service provider networks Identify IT optimizations and tuning requirements in the international environment Connection of partner companies and manufacturer workshops to the internal commissioning and billing portal

You are a farmer or have completed commercial training An advantage is professional experience in the environment of the KFZ industry You have experience in creating statistics and their analysis. You are experienced in handling statistics tools and work quickly in statistical programs You are safe and confident in appearance to service providers and customers You have experience in creating strategic concepts, have excellent communicative skills and can also negotiate sovereign in English You have experience in project work and like to move in the international environment You have a pronounced cost awareness and can handle excellent MS Office applications (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
