Reference number: 388179 Your duties Communication with customers, object managers and technicians by telephone and e-mail Editing trouble messages in ticket systems Tel. reception, forwarding to the departments or immediate sending of our domestic technicians in emergency cases (e.g. water damage) Documenting the Orders and Posts Assessment of the damage in the respective object if necessary Supporting the areas of expertise, including the disposition of technical teams

Successfully completed technical or craft training Experience in the field of house management, support center (call center), insurance (damage processing) Safe handling of MS Office programs & ticket systems Very good knowledge of German, other languages of advantage Car driver license necessary Quick conception or basic technical understanding Ready to work in the shift system, we are there 365 days a year, 24/7 for our customers!
