On the initiative of the Dieter Schwarz Foundation, the TUM School of Management is building its own teaching and research site at the Heilbronn educational campus. The main topics are the management of digital change, family businesses and business start-ups. The TUM School of Management of the Technical University of Munich is looking to support our team at the Campus Heilbronn at the next possible time in full time (part-time employment at 30h/week is also possible in principle) limited to 2 years, one: Program Manager (m/w/d)

technical advice and support for international and national master students throughout the entire study cycle Continuous evaluation and analysis of our degree programmes and from them conceptual and strategic development of the programmes With the further development of the TUM Campus Heilbronn by taking over projects in the field of studies and teaching Conception and development of information processes and services for master students Event management (e.g. design and implementation of information events)

a successfully completed academic degree (on Master level) ideally relevant, multiannual professional experience and knowledge in higher education very good knowledge of project management independent and structured way of working, targeted thinking Joy of communication with students very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Service-orientedness, team skills and flexibility safe handling of Microsoft Office intercultural competence, e.g. acquired through own stays abroad or working in the international environment desirable
