Management and further development of the development team, capacity planning Guided development of assembly and subsystem software with appointment and budget control at team level Design and evaluation of software architectures at subsystem and subsystem level in the field of military/automotive applications in the offer phase Conception of new digital vehicle architectures taking into account the state of the art in the automotive sector Selection and application of suitable development tools in the context of development projects Optimization of the development process based on current standards such as V-model XT, IEC61506 and ISO262 Working in national and international working groups to standardize processes and procedures in software development (such as Functional Safety or Generic Vehicle Architecture GVA)

Successfully completed studies in the fields of technical informatics, communication technology or comparable Multiannual professional experience in the searched environment Detailed knowledge in the field of common development methods and standards such as GVA, AUTOSAR etc. Extensive experience in Requirement Management DOORS and tools such as MATLAB or SCADE Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing readiness to travel
