Your post: You accept telephone and electronic enquiries and fault messages to our systems in the client/server (system Windows).

To do this, you can collect and classify inquiries from technical support and provide further technical assistance.

As part of the solution finding and special concerns, you work closely with the 2nd Level Support, Service and other teams.

You document your solutions in SAP and share your knowledge proactively with the team.

That's what you bring: You have completed a training in the IT field, e.g. as a specialist informant (m/w/d), IT system administrator (m/w/d) or brings an IT background as a cross-release.

You have basic knowledge with ticket systems, knowledge databases, IT processes and Windows operating systems.

You will be happy to help with questions about IT.

You like to work in the team and draw your attention through an independent and solution-oriented way of working.

You have the pleasure of dealing with customers and bringing knowledge of German to the communication.
