You support the team at the Servicepoint in the University Administration (UV) You offer information service and orientation on the campus for employees, students and guests of the Ruhr-Universität Bochum You will assign waiting marks and maintain the appointment for the speaking hours in the Student Service Center (SSC) You help students to process study formalities You're taking objects You support students in the use of RUB's IT offerings You help teachers in dealing with presentation media You include seminar rooms and lecture halls for events

You are friendly, resilient and also patient in stressful situations as well as service-oriented in customer contact You have experience in the service sector (e.g. retail, gastronomy) You have good knowledge of German and at least one other language You are routined in handling PCs and know the common office applications You have the pleasure of working in new applications You like to work in the team You have good knowledge of RUB and eCampus You bring the willingness to perceive working hours within our opening hours
