Central contact for our B2B customers in all matters Appropriate disclosure of relevant information to the respective interfaces Ensuring accessibility of our customer service hotline Supporting our customers in technical challenges with the help of state-of-the-art communications Advice and sale of filling products, accessories and much more Own prioritization, post-processing and system-side collection of orders, disturbances and consultations

Registered:r Student:in, who can work at least 16 hours/week (ideally 2-3 working days per week) Communication skills and fun at customer contact Strong service and customer orientation as well as a positive attitude and enthusiasm German in Word and Writing Sovereign handling of ERP systems (ideally Navision) and MS Offi ce programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)
