In an interdisciplinary team, we are responsible for the external quality assurance (QS) of the nationwide rehabilitation facilities. We analyse the performance and report the results regularly to the service providers and the relevant pension insurance providers. For this we use various instruments and procedures that we continuously develop. For our dedicated team in the field of structural quality we are looking for support in parttime (19.5 hours per week).

With your professional skills, you actively contribute to our team and accompany our QS procedures with your expertise. In particular, you expect the following tasks: Participation in the planning and implementation of the QS process “Peer Review of Medical Rehabilitation” in an interdisciplinary team Content planning and implementation of regular training of doctors in the peer review process (including presentations and moderation of small groups) Participation in the QS process of structural quality and support of a specialist body for corresponding structural requirements of medical rehabilitation Development of existing and implementation of new QS methods Representation of German pension insurance internally and externally - for example through the clarification of controversial topics with stakeholders, through presentations, publications and cooperation in internal and external specialist bodies The activity is linked to occasional, short and well-planable missions.
