Stock management: takeover, consulting and strategic expansion of an existing customer base with over 1,000 private and commercial customers and thus no start at zero. Full advice: Required protection of private and commercial customers in the personal insurance sector (provision, pension provision and biometry) as well as in the property and commercial business. Hybrid customer contact: Flexible advice directly in the agency, via modern online advice and in the field service within a 25-km radius. Efficient organization: independent scheduling with professional support through our back office.

Qualification: Versicherungsfachmann (m/w/d) IHK, Versicherungskaufmann (m/w/d), Bankkaufmann (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. Experience: Multiannual, well-founded professional experience in holistic insurance consulting as well as detectable sales success. Mobility & language: Class B driver's license, the willingness to use your own car for customer appointments as well as knowledge of the German language.

Secure start phase & clear partner model: Full financial back cover with a guaranteed entry fee of €4,000 in the first 12 months (built from a strong basic salary and a contractually secured, irrevocable warranty commission). Fair perspective for the future: From the 13th month, the smooth transition to a transparent model of reliable base salary and attractive success commission is based on your individual successes. Takeover advantage: Immediate access to an active and exclusive inventory of at least 1,000 customers. Attractive extras: additional profit participation when the success plan is reached, as well as up to 33 holiday days (30 days basis and 3 additional days when reaching the goal).
