develop and evaluate error budgets and use them to derive system and assembly concepts (including simulation of the influence on the measuring accuracy of EUV detectors)
develop, realize and operate characterization and testing setups for performance and life-time qualification of EUV camera systems
planning and implementation of the tests, as well as compilation of an informative documentation
