Central Operations is at the heart of shared service delivery and has the task of ensuring trouble-free and uninterrupted operation with respect to efficiency and economy. The CO IT Operations Management 1 - Unified Communication Backoffice (UCB) operates the Unified Communication Services in customer operations and internal IT. This includes the national fixed-network and mobile communication of the Bundeswehr and the BWI.

Monitoring of central back office systems Implementation of configuration work on the central core components in the UC area Analysis and troubleshooting of disorders of the built-up solution Planning, handling and coordination of changes within the central collaboration solution Maintenance and further development of technical documentation Problem support and participation in projects Turnusual takeover of services and readiness Support in the implementation of integration tests in the UC

Successfully completed IT studies or comparable training 5 years of experience in collaboration Knowledge of building Cisco VoIP networks, Cisco Unified Communications Manager, SIP, SBC and experience in their administration Valid certification after CCNP collaboration Experience in automation and scripting (product characteristics Ansible) Experience with agile working methods (e.g. Scrum or Kanban) Very good analytical skills, high level of learning, service-oriented working, readiness to travel and team skills Very good German and English know-how in word like writing
