Production Manager Meat - Cutting / Butchery (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the entire production process in the decomposition of beef and veal and ensure compliance with all legal and operational requirements. You lead, motivate and plan your production team and promote the targeted further development of your employees. You continuously analyze the workflows, identify optimization potentials and implement measures to increase efficiency and quality. As a central contact person, you ensure compliance with the high standards in the areas of hygiene, quality and work safety. In close coordination with adjacent departments such as the warehouse, you control production planning and guarantee timely order processing.

(m/w/d), ideally with training as a master (m/w/d) You have min. 3 years of professional experience in cutting beef and veal You have experience in employee management You have well-founded knowledge of the relevant hygiene, quality and safety regulations You have organisational and enforcement capabilities as well as a high sense of responsibility and reliability You are characterized by communication strength and team skills You bring fluent German knowledge in word and writing (C1)
