As the first and last contact of the guest you represent us as a host with passion and are always contact persons for all guest requests. You accept booking requests professionally, process them and successfully complete them for customer satisfaction.

Your background: Ideally, a completed training as a hotel specialist and/or experience at the reception of a hotel.

Your profile Communication professional through very good knowledge of German and English.
