Advising our customers in creating and implementing data protection concepts based on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and other customer-specific regulatory requirements Support in building and operating data protection management systems Development and analysis of technical and organizational measures (TOMs) Implementation of data protection-relevant risk and protection requirements analyses as well as threshold value analyses and data protection success assessments Consultancy and support of our customers in the creation of contract processing contracts, blocking and erasing agreements and rights and role concepts Expect exciting and challenging projects in which you can quickly take responsibility and develop yourself Advice means flexibility: Your project work depends on our customers and your project situation and includes both hybrid work and local use

Completed studies of (economic) computer science, law or a comparable degree Multiannual professional and project experience, preferably in external consulting, with the focus on data protection Extensive knowledge in the creation of data protection concepts, the implementation of threshold value analyses and data protection impact assessments and the creation of process directories for order processing or AV contracts Valid certification in the field of data protection, e.g. GDD, CIPP/E, CIPM, data protection auditor*in or data protection officer knowledge of project management; is desirable for certification, e.g. IPMA, Prince2, GPM or comparable Knowledge of information security and identification of appropriate technical and organisational measures (TOMs) Good knowledge of German (ab B2 level) and knowledge of English
