Construction Manager for Road and Sewer Construction (m/f/d)

The city of Aschaffenburg is a citizen-oriented service company. The above-mentioned full-time job is to be occupied in the civil engineering office in the field of new construction as of 01.09.2026. The grouping takes place according to the qualification and experience in pay group 11 TVöD (depending on the level of experience and personal requirements from €469.64 to €6.326.77 gross per month). Construction and monitoring: You are responsible for the monitoring and settlement of construction and maintenance measures in the public road and channel network Interface management: You agree closely with planning offices, construction companies and other municipal services Quality assurance: You ensure compliance with technical regulations, costs and appointments (e.g. according to HOAI and VOB) Building contractor: You take over the construction supervision and the representation of the city directly on site and perform construction services Procurement procedures: You are active in the tendering and awarding of works contracts

The following conditions shall be met: completed studies in civil engineering multiannual experience in construction management, ideally in municipal civil engineering Ownership of driving class B We continue to expect: well-founded knowledge of VOB, HOAI and public procurement law safe and binding occurrence and enforcement capacity Joy of solution-oriented cooperation Decision-making power Flexibility, ready-to-use and team capability Planning and organizational capacity
