Nurse with free weekends + company car (m/f/d)

Your tasks • Support and coordination of the transition of our patients into home therapy • Medical care by injection or infusion therapy at home • Implementation of pen training and training for patients and relatives • Documentation of visits, exchange with doctors and centres • Implementation of high quality study-relevant criteria

Your profile • Completed training for examinated nurses, nurses, nurses or nurses as well as nurses as from 2020 (m/w/d) • knowledge of the implementation of s.c.-, i.v.- and, as far as possible, port punctures as well as laying venous cannulas • Reliability, independent operation and empathy • Ideally knowledge of acute care (cardiology, dialysis, intensive care or emergency) and/or experience in dealing with chronically ill patients • Class B driving licence
