The Federal Real Estate Agency (BImA) is the real estate company of the federal government, which supports the immobility policy objectives of the federal government and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Our Facility Management division builds, operates and manages a complex portfolio with exciting and versatile objects – from the ministries in Berlin and Bonn to federal courts and research institutes to customs, federal police, Bundeswehr or Bundesanstalt Technisches Hilfswerk (THW). In order to advance our construction projects, for example for the Bundeswehr or the THW, we need you as a project manager/project manager with administrative experience.

We make our construction measures more efficient and use, among other things, knowledge in the context of the construction-supervisual approval procedures. For this purpose, you can map construction schedules, cost schedules and billing concepts Date and cost control as well as quality management are obvious to you, just as the evaluation of measures and the identification of necessary measures You support the project implementation by documentation of the agreed agreements and agreements with external service providers and internal project participants You are available to our project managers in the main places in individual questions You consolidate information on construction monitoring and reporting and prepare them in presentation documents We work mobile and flexible. However, there are occasional service trips (approximately 5–20 days/year), including throughout the Federal Republic. You have a completed university degree (Bachelor/FH diploma) with a technical background (e.g. architecture, civil engineering, construction management) or with business and/or real estate-related or comparable qualification You have knowledge of the preparation, planning and implementation of construction measures You have experience in the application of legal and administrative provisions relating to public works (MBO, BauGB, Baunebenrechtsgebiet, RBBau, VOB/A and VOB/B, UVgO, VgV, RPW or HOAI) You have IT application skills (in particular Word, Excel, Microsoft Project) You have application knowledge in SAP or the willingness to acquire it in a short time
