For the Insurance Services International sub-department, we are looking for one/one in full time at the next time 1167/2025 - Head of Section (w/m/d) Administrative Assistance to strengthen our team at the Bonn site. Are you interested in a different subject area in health insurance? We take care of the cross-border cooperation of social security institutions, for example with regard to contributions. The basis is your knowledge of German social security, the specific knowledge you learn from us.

They take over the technical and personnel management, control and coordination of the administrative assistance section in the “Applicable Law and Administrative Assistance” Unit of the “Insurance Services International” sub-department. They continuously optimize the task of the section, in particular in the context of the IT systems used and automated processing. They shall ensure the proper performance of the section, in particular with regard to rationalisation and optimization measures, adaptation of the workflows in legal and IT environmental changes and accompany the electronic exchange of data in the field of cross-border administrative assistance. They deal with exceptional individual cases and judge facts of fundamental importance. You collect and evaluate business performance indicators and provide information from your area. They accompany multidisciplinary projects and are closely involved in the exchange with the International Coordination and Agreement Law Unit.

They have completed university studies in the field of social security or adjacent legal areas or comparable knowledge, skills and experience. They have a strong IT affinity and a special understanding of technical relationships. They may provide sound and comprehensive knowledge of social security law and adjacent legal areas of international social security law, in particular in the field of administrative assistance and cross-border participation. They have ideally already gained first leadership experiences. They master common office applications and IT specialist applications effortlessly and possess pronounced analytical and conceptual skills. They have a very good expression in word and writing, also in English. They are durable, strong and highly reliable.
