Your mission

• They are responsible for providing the entry and exit mail as well as the internal home mail and carry out the related tasks
• They lead the factory canteen in their own responsibility in compliance with the applicable hygiene regulations. This includes, in particular, the order of lunch with external service providers, the provision and delivery of lunch to our employees and the cleaning of the kitchen and dining places
• They ensure that the hot drinks, water and snack machines in the operating areas are regularly filled and cleaned
• Within the scope of visitor management, you will ensure guest hospitality and related activities
• The acquisition of general office work and special tasks complements this versatile position

Your superpowers

• Professional experience in a similar field of activity is desirable
• They have an independent way of working and are ready to work into new areas.
• You have the opportunity to perceive your activities from about 09.00 a.m. to 14.00 p.m. and to a certain extent are ready for use at other times.
• They are conscientious in compliance with hygiene regulations and have the pleasure of providing services
• You can deal with a PC and with common MS Office programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook
• A driving licence of class B is advantageous, but not absolutely necessary
