These are your tasks Project management: You take responsibility for the planning, coordination and implementation of MBS new and remodeling projects – from idea to completion. Management of partners & specialist planners: During the implementation phase, you organize and coordinate planning services, specialist planners and executive companies in the fields of construction, interior design and technology. Cost & scheduling: You keep an overview of budget, timetable and quality – and you can safely control your projects within the scope of the project. Security & operator obligations: Together with internal and external partners, you will participate in compliance with safety requirements as well as owner and operator obligations. We wish you Qualification: A completed study in the field of architecture, civil engineering or a comparable qualification forms your technical basis. Experience: You will learn how to plan and implement new and remodeling projects and understand how to combine technical, structural and economic aspects. Expertise: In the tendering, procurement and construction, especially in the coordination of TGA systems, you move safely and know what it takes in every practical phase. Operation & Regulatorik: You have a strong understanding of building operation, operator responsibility, safety-relevant issues and regulatory requirements in the banking-related environments. Operation: Entrepreneurial thinking, cost-consciousness and negotiation skills characterize you as well as your structured approach and enforcement ability. Mobility & flexibility: In order to be able to maintain our projects optimally, you are flexible in terms of working time and readiness to travel and have the opportunity to use your private car (costs are refunded). You can expect from us An annual salary between 59,000 - 87,000 Euro (TVöD-S, max. pay group 11) including special payments, tailored to your relevant professional experience & your degree 39 working hours per week, flexible working hours and parttime offers The possibility of working up to 40% hybrid after incorporation 32 days holiday, additionally free of work on 24th and 31st December as well as special holidays for special occasions An onboarding tailored to you, incl.
