At the closest possible time we are looking for you as a master:in / technician:in / civil engineer:in as a specialist:in plant management (w/m/d) for the Cottbus plant of DB Regio AG. Your tasks:

You are responsible for the infrastructure and technical building equipment within the plant The legally safe operation of all systems according to applicable laws, standards and internal requirements is your responsibility – as well as the consistent implementation of the operator obligations You co-ordinate and tax repair measures and act as a technical contact:in for internal departments and external service providers With technical understanding and organizational skills, you ensure that measures are implemented efficiently, economically and on time Furthermore, you actively participate in multi-disciplinary projects of plant management and drive continuous improvement processes With an open ear, you follow the everyday problems in the workshops and agree with the executives You analyze technical faults, take measures to eliminate errors and work on the continuous improvement of plant safety and availability

Your profile:

(Fach-) University degree, Master:in or state-tested:r Technicians:in focus on construction, construction, building technology or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the design, e.g. as a construction manager:in Funded knowledge in the field of plant management as well as experience in the implementation of projects with appropriate IT e.g. SAP, MS Office The willingness to participate in the DB Emergency Management is required You prefer a diverse range of tasks and are motivated to work into the basics of railway operations Waiting isn't your thing: you're actively engaging when you see problems and don't be afraid to appeal to improvement potentials With your authentic and groundy way you go unbiased and proactively to others
