Number 6084 60 % part-time The Department of Human Resources at the Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences sees itself as a modern service provider for all employees of the university. She supervises professors, administrative staff and academic staff in all matters relevant to staff and thus contributes significantly to ensuring teaching and research. In your future team, you will find dedicated colleagues with whom you will work with confidence and service-oriented. In your position, you are responsible for the assignment and billing of teachers. You work independently, structured and are in close contact with the faculties and other internal interfaces.

You are responsible for the administrative supervision of teachers, from the preparation of teaching assignments to their completion. As a contact person*in you are available conscientiously and coordinate communication with faculties, teachers and internal bodies. You also take over the care and management of the master files and independently indicate the payments of the teaching assignments to the Landesamt für Besolungs undversorgung (LBV). You can easily book personnel costs in SAP, edit fault folders and support in the correction of errors occurring in the personnel master data system SVA. You support their own initiative in the further development and optimization of processes in your task area.

Completed three-year vocational training in the commercial sector (e.g. administrative specialist, personnel specialist, office man) Insufficient professional experience in personnel management, desirable also first contact points in higher education Advantageous expertise in (re)booking of personnel costs and user experience with SAP-FI Routinized handling of the currently industry-standard computer solutions and willingness to work into new systems
