The place is to be occupied in Boxberg in full-time or part-time from 35 hours per week and in Weinsberg with 20 hours per week.

You are the interface between a tax consultant and external service staff at our branch. After a comprehensive incorporation, you will process inquiries from the tax office and assist in the collection, control and dispatch of tax documents. They monitor deadlines and take over time coordination. The master data management in DATEV and the maintenance of the powers of our clients complete your task. The place is limited to two years with the option to take over.

They preferably have completed professional training as a businesswoman for office management, industrial clerk, tax specialist or lawyer specialist. First professional experience is advantageous, but no requirement. They are an organizational institution and work responsibly, structured and carefully. You have good knowledge in Excel and Word; HCL notes and DATEV identifiers are advantageous, but no requirement. High team capability and reliability complete your profile.
