CRM solutions advise: You advise internal customers in Germany and abroad on technology and solutions in the context of our CRM processes. translate requirements: You carry out technical research in sustainable technical concepts, initial cost and implementation periods and prepare the handover to our agile development. Service providers control: You coordinate external IT service providers, ensure a stable quality and ensure that our CRM landscape remains reliable in the river. Testing innovation: You will develop and implement Proof of Concepts and Prototypes as needed – especially with regard to current AI developments, new technologies and modern process approaches. IT projects accompany: You actively participate in group-internal IT projects, take part in workshops and bring their expertise into cross-functional and professional teams.

CRM expertise: You have a study of (activity)infor­mation or a comparable degree and bring several years of professional experience in the CRM environment.

Microsoft know-how: You have project experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, for example in Sales, Field Service, Customer Service, Contact Center or Marketing. In addition, you will know the Power Platform, especially Power Apps, Power Automate or Copilot Studio.

Architecture understanding: You analyze complex technical requirements and know the architectures, frameworks and technologies in the environment of Microsoft Dynamics and the Power Platform.

Agile implementation: You have experience with agile software development, especially Scrum. Basic knowledge of programming around MS Dynamics 365 CRM and interfaces are desirable – as well as knowledge in MS Azure, MS SQL, C# or JavaScript.

Communication worldwide: You work independently, committed and team-oriented. You can communicate safely in German and English and enjoy cooperation in the international environment – including occasional travel.
