Process design and optimisation: They develop innovative solutions to improve and digitize personal processes and implement technical implementation as part of the digitalization of personal correspondence. SAP HCM Expertise: You use your knowledge in SAP HCM and customizing add-on tools to optimize our HR solutions. Interface management: They support projects and work closely with different departments to ensure successful implementation. Further development: They support the continuous improvement of our HR processes.

Successfully completed studies and/or training Multiannual professional experience with a focus on process design and optimisation of personnel processes Knowledge of SAP HCM and MS Office Imprinted analytical capabilities, high IT affinity and process-oriented thinking Communication strength and joy in cooperation in interdisciplinar teams

Homeoffice: Flexible working hours at home office and office. Working hours: Standard 38h week, time recording system, sliding time & working time account.
