You are responsible for the planning and prioritization of service operations, as well as the planning and economic control of service technicians. appointments including binding communication with our customers and appointment of maintenance assignments will give you pleasure. Creating service orders in the ERP system is also a major part of your daily business. In your interface function, you work closely with the service technicians in the field service and internal departments. The creation of cost suggestions and price information as well as the maintenance of our customer master files also fall within your responsibility. You take over the tracking of open processes until complete and customer-oriented completion.

A completed commercial or technical training is the basis of your qualification. Your professional experience in disposition, deployment planning or technical customer service, as well as the experience in the coordination of service technicians bring us forward. Communication strength as well as safe and binding appearance to customers are your strengths. Ideally, you already have experience in the application of ERP or MRP systems (e.g. SAP). You can convince by your ability to keep conversations structured, sovereign and solution-oriented even in challenging situations. You can distinguish your structured, independent and reliable operation. You bring very good knowledge of German. Team skills, resilience, organizational strength and ability to set priorities and keep track of your profile.
