Development and formulation of the group strategy and coordination of the group-wide implementation of the HDI Global Development and description of new profitable growth strategies and business models and coordination of implementation Analysis of the market environment and the main competitors of the HDI Global Responsibility of (international) M&A projects

Ideally multiannual professional experience in the strategy development of a major insurance company or a leading strategy consulting company Professional understanding of the entire insurance value chain and processes in underwriting Strategic, analytical and understanding, coupled with an agile and pragmatic approach Excellent communication and presentation skills English knowledge at a negotiated level (at least C1) No one is perfect and not all career paths are straight.
