You are responsible for handling major damage to property insurance. In doing so, you carry out the complete damage management, including the use and coordination of regulators and experts. They communicate with our customers, lawyers and service providers at eye level. In the creation of specialist information and internal work instructions, you are actively supporting. They have always looked at developments in case-law and transfer them to the damage regulation. The regression and complaint processing and expert advice of designated service areas are also your tasks. When designing and implementing internal training as well as working in department-internal and cross-departmental projects, you can demonstrate your professional knowledge.
