Project Manager CSR / Sustainability - CSR Stakeholder Engagement (m/w/d)

To become the most sustainable fresh discounter. For this we are in daily exchange with different stakeholders. We represent our approach and gain impulses for the further development of our goals.

As a project manager CSR Stakeholder engagement, you are responsible for the further development of cooperation with our stakeholders from Lidl in Germany. You are therefore actively contributing to the further development of our sustainability strategy.

... that means:

Coordination of specialist exchange with CSR stakeholders and partners Coordination of NGO and other stakeholders Organization of dialogue events and development of our internal CSR community Communication and exchange formats with colleagues on sustainability and support of our colleagues in the regional companies in CSR issues

Complete studies, preferably with a focus on sustainability Professional experience in supporting sustainability topics as well as initial experience in cooperation with stakeholders (e.g. NGOs) Ideally first experience in organizing events High communication and team capability, coupled with a pronounced enforcement capability A quick understanding and an independent and responsible way of working
