As a Banking IT Transformation Lead (w/m/x), you are responsible for this industry topic in our Go to Market Organisation, which drives our growth as a NTT DATA in this industry. You define our Value Proposition in the topic and develop Go-to-Market strategies. You work closely with our client partners to develop targeted solutions for individual customer situations.

In close cooperation with delivery units, you will develop a comprehensive delivery model for this topic and, together with them, arrange a scaling of the delivery capacity according to the market needs. As part of the placement of the topic before the customer, you also support the successful project implementation and act as Subject Matter Expert (SME), Project Manager or Advisor in the projects. Your role makes sure that the business case is successful for us as a company in this area.

Your mission:

• You are the spearhead for us when it comes to consulting our customers in the banking sector for their modernization initiatives. You support both in the business development, sales process and in the implementation of the projects.
• You are responsible for the business case and define strategies as we grow together with our customers as NTT DATA in this field;
• You act as a Thought Leader in this topic. In doing so, you can rely on our great innovation expertise from over 3,500 R&D employees and express them for the specific needs of our customers in the region.
• In your role as Thought Leader, you represent NTT DATA in this topic at trade fairs and events, as an expert in publications or socials
• You are the Sparring partner for our technology portfolios when it comes to integrating our competencies customer-friendly and expanding the right delivery competencies.
• You actively and collaborate with different internal teams in a matrix organization (e.g. sales, delivery, partner management, CoEs, etc.) and provide close contact and exchange with your key steakholders in the banking sector
• You support our partner Ecosystems in this field

Your Skillset:

• You have completed your studies and at least 5 years of professional experience in IT consulting or a company in the financial industry
• You have deep experience in the context of financial services, a basic technological understanding and banking, and you have an optimal network with customers in this sector
• In the past, you have already accompanied IT modernization and transformation projects at banks or financial service providers as part of strategy and concept creation, implementation, project management, etc.
• You bring well-founded experience in consulting and design with relevant methods (Design Thinking, Issue Based Consulting, Value Based Consulting)
• You are a distributor and have experiences in the field of solutioning for offers with different complex delivery scenarios
• You bring a strong communication skills, can clearly structure information and convince your counterpart and also inspire.
• You have knowledge of German and English with a high degree of negotiation
