You have completed training for health care and nursing staff, elderly caregivers or a comparable qualification, ideally an additional qualification for residential management You already have management experience or want to take responsibility in the future and prove yourself as a leader You are safe in handling documentation and computer programs You see the welfare of our residents as your most important task and have your team supportive and understanding in mind You have a safer and binding appearance, are aware of your responsibility and know that a smile reaches a heart faster than many words
