Acceptance and processing of customer requests (products, prices, delivery times) Telephone advice on assortment, new products and availability Construction and maintenance of long-term customer relationships Collection and processing of orders in the goods management system Advertising processing in coordination with sales and purchasing Feedback on customer requests and market trends

Experience in telephone sales / indoor service, ideally in the food industry or in trade Product and industry knowledge (food, assortment structures) Safe handling of computer systems (CRM, merchandise management, MS Office) Communication strength and joy in calling Customer orientation and service awareness Loadability and flexibility, e.g. for seasonal job peaks Good knowledge of German in word and writing, min. B1
