Compilation of monthly wage and salary bills for employees and non-tariff employees Service-oriented support and advice of employees in all tax, social insurance and collective bargaining issues Time data management including eAU Self-employed handling and monitoring of personnel measures (entry, exits, transfers) Creation of regular and adhoc evaluations Willingness to take over projects for continuous improvement of processes Formation of monthly provisions

a commercial training with additional training to the specialist businessman or a comparable degree minimum. 3-year professional experience in payroll accounting/administration sound knowledge in German tax and social security law very good SAP HR knowledge good English skills in word and writing very good knowledge of MS Office applications
