Corporate Best Practice Specialist (m/w/d)

for our Corporate Advisory Team at the Lingen site.

DISCLOSURE: Planning and implementation of assigned company-wide change projects Support for continuous improvement processes within the organisation Identification and presentation of company-wide potential for improvement Development and presentation of company-wide decision-making proposals and solutions Support in the transfer of improvement methods and/or tools to the relevant colleagues:

Complete studies in the field of economic engineering, business informatics, business management or comparable training At least 3 years of professional experience at ROSEN or in an industrial or consulting company Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate with all hierarchy levels of the organization Experience in project management and group moderation Experience in the field of LEAN, Six Sigma and methodological skills Very good English skills in word and writing readiness to travel (national and international) Self-working and team skills
