Head of Staff (gn*) Enterprise Architecture Management In full time (38,5 hours/week) | IT (GB IT) | Reference number 11439 We're the UKM. We have a clear societal mission and a special social responsibility with the connection of healthcare, research and teaching. To meet our high standards every day, we look forward to your expertise at the Enterprise Architecture Management staff. As an Enterprise Architect, you will form the management team of the GB IT with 4 departments, 2 other staff positions and the management team, with approx. 130 employees for around 12,000 employees, patients whose members and connected partners of the UKM provide an extensive IT architecture to support efficient processes and professional communication.

The Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) team ensures the reliable, fast and effective implementation of the requirements for modern, secure and highly available information and telecommunications technology – best with you!

Taking responsibility for our EAM strategy and thus shaping the comprehensive IT architecture of our system and application landscape Creation and monitoring of roadmaps based on overarching target architectures and IT strategy Support of the architecture gremium Definition of cross-company architecture policies and standards Design and implementation of cooperation with the application supervisors and the further interfaces for the further development of the application landscape Observation of current market developments as an impetus for architectural issues in innovation issues Analysis and evaluation of IT systems architectures related to IT Security Close coordination with the central office Information security

Complete study of computer science or in a comparable scientific or technical subject Very good knowledge of IT architecture management Very good knowledge of the introduction and application of EAM systems, preferably LeanIX Experience in clinical IT environment desirable Communication competence, especially in communication with different areas and hierarchy levels Joy of independent work leadership experience of advantage, but not necessarily necessary A solution-oriented approach based on the needs of the beneficiaries Pleasure to evaluate facts and derive decisions from them Reliability and team orientation Very good German knowledge, English knowledge in word and writing of advantage Willingness to fill in activity as a rule in presence
