Trade Compliance Manager / Export Representative (m/f/d)

You play a central role in building and establishing structures in the field of export control and external economics within an international group of companies. Building and Establishing a Group-wide Compliance Program in Export Control Development of guidelines and processes for compliance with export control requirements Building appropriate control structures and support in implementing appropriate instruments Analysis of existing processes and identification of optimization potentials Monitoring regulatory developments in national and international external economic, customs and export control law Implementation of risk analyses and support in building an internal control system (IKS) Responsibility for release and approval processes in the export environment Consulting internal stakeholders on export control, external economic and compliance-relevant issues Cooperation with internal departments and external authorities and institutions Support of internal and external audits Training and awareness of relevant contact persons within the group Active participation in further expansion of export control and external economic structures

Successfully completed studies or comparable qualification in the field of external economics, law, business management, customs or compliance Multiannual professional experience as export officer, trade compliance manager, external trade officer or in a comparable function Good knowledge of German and European foreign trade, customs and export control law Very good knowledge of German and English Experience in dealing with regulatory requirements and their implementation in practical processes Ideally experience in an internationally operating business or group environment Understanding cross-disciplinary cooperation and complex organisational structures Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation Representative communication and consulting skills
