In this role, you work with the Technical Sales Support Manager to support sales and customers in selecting the most technically suitable and cost-effective solutions. You create technical descriptions for the products and technologies used and manage the entire range of technical support.

In addition, you are the contact person for the global markets in electrification / smart building in Germany. You offer technical solutions and advice on ABB products, systems and applications. To do this, you conduct solution-oriented discussions with customers and answer their concerns.

You are mainly responsible for:

Solution-oriented management of customer calls and response of customer requests depending on target groups Advising the relevant target groups with regard to technical solutions and defining the range of services Technical advice and recommendations for ABB sales channels and employees Processing of technical customer complaints, analysis, categorisation and development of solutions for employees and customers

Electronics for Energy and Building Technology / Building and Infrastructure Systems At least 2 years of training experience Knowledge gained in handling modern ERP systems (such as SAP and Salesforce), the current MS Office applications (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and collaborative cloud platforms (such as Microsoft 365). Ideally experience with AI-based tools (e.g. for data analysis or text generation) German and English in word and writing
