Development and implementation of a company-wide CX design strategy taking into account business objectives and customer needs based on modern business design approaches Promoting a culture of enterprise design thinking and agile leadership across the company Control of interdisciplinary teams to implement consistent customer experiences using agile methods and iterative design processes Contribution to further development towards a product-centric organization by integrating customer feedback into product development and service design Build and maintain a scalable design system with clear UI/UX guidelines, component libraries and interaction standards to ensure consistent user experiences across all platforms Conducting design research activities and translation of insights into implementable, customer-centred solutions Development and implementation of Business Designs and Value Propositions that align customer needs with organizational skills and market potentials Ensuring high quality standards in design - with focus on usability, consistency and accessibility across all touchpoints

Education: Completed studies in design, digital media, service design, innovation management, (economic) informatics or a comparable area focusing on digital customer experiences Professional experience: At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in the areas of CX Design, Service Design or a related area, ideally in a B2B or technological environment Expertise: Detectional experience in the application of enterprise design thinking and agile working methods Used in design research methods and deriving concrete measures from customer analyses Expert knowledge in handling tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, Journey Mapping Platforms and AI-based design applications Knowledge of the development and scaling of design systems Experience in controlling interdisciplinary teams in agile setups Trusted with Prompt Engineering and the use of AI in design processes

Language knowledge: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Personality: team skills, communication skills Methodological and structured working methods High quality standards and enthusiasm for digital innovations
