Part-time Payroll Specialist (18-20 hrs/week) (m/f/d)

As a Payroll Specialist (m/w/d), you support our team in performing a correct, timely and service-oriented billing. With your expertise, you will ensure that our payroll processes are implemented reliably and legally. The following tasks come to you: You will independently process billing cases for a defined employee group and assist with entry, exits, master data changes, certificates and other administrative payroll processes. Legal and technical topics: You actively contribute your expertise in wage tax, social security and labour law to daily work and assist in implementing legal changes. Quality assurance in the pay bill: You make sure that the billing of charges is carried out correctly, in timely and in high quality, and carefully check accounting matters. Consulting and cooperation with internal and external interfaces: You support executives, colleagues, adjacent HR areas in billing-relevant issues and work closely with financial accounting as well as external contact persons, such as health insurance companies, authorities, auditors. System and process support: You work with the relevant HR systems, support the continuous development of payroll-related processes and help employees and executives use the Employee Self Service. In this case, you will reflect the master data and movement data in our LOGA and ATOSS systems.

Payroll is your passion and with your strong understanding of numbers as well as your great care, you will ensure a reliable and correct pay bill. You will be characterized by a structured, binding way of working as well as a pronounced team and communication strength. In addition, you will bring: a successfully completed commercial training, such as e.g. industrial merchant (m/w/d), tax specialist (m/w/d) – ideally complemented by a further training to the IHK (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in pay billing / payroll accounting Good knowledge of pay tax, social security and labour law Ideal experience in handling P&I LOGA, SAP SuccessFactors or DATEV
